Steps in the Buying Process

2. Buyer’s Questionnaire: to understand the “what” and “why” in your search, we’ll send out our Buyer’s Questionnaire to interview you on what is important to you in this move.

3. Buyer’s Consultation: you’ll meet with Jimmy to discuss your next chapter, to work through your search criteria, educate/re-educate you on the process, to talk about the ins and outs of the Market, and to formulate a plan for success (and, yes, it can be done virtually!).

4. Pre-Approval: we’ll connect you with a few of our recommended lenders so that you can secure the best understanding of your buying power. An essential piece before we take a peek at the Market.

5. Home Search: we’ll get you dialed into your piece of the Market, sharing homes as they list, navigating showings, questions, and home values - and when the right fit comes along, writing an offer, negotiating, and executing our plan for success. If we can’t find the right fit, don’t worry, we have a pulse on future inventory, and a plan in place for securing an unlisted home - providing our clients with an advantage in this competitive Market.

6. Under Contract: inspections, more negotiations, contractors, repairs, surveys, appraisal, questions, more questions, we’ll handle it all, clearing hurdles to cross the finish line.
